Rams Activate Nacua for Thursday Night Clash with Vikings
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua will return to the field for the team's Thursday night game against the Minnesota Vikings, following his activation from injured reserve. The update comes from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Nacua's return provides a boost to the Rams' offense, with both the second-year receiver and veteran Cooper Kupp set to rejoin the lineup. Nacua had been sidelined since Week 1 due to a knee injury, while Kupp missed time after injuring his ankle in Week 2.
According to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, Nacua is expected to have a limited role in his first game back as he continues to recover.
In 2023, Nacua made a significant impact as a rookie, setting NFL records with 105 receptions and 1,486 receiving yards in a single season.
The Rams are looking to improve their 2-4 record as they face the Vikings in a prime-time matchup. Injuries have been a major factor in their struggles this season, leaving them at the bottom of the NFC West standings.
